Boarding Information:
Please arrive at the departure point at least 1 hour prior to departure time to complete a Boaters Safety Test. All trips leave the dock promptly at the specified time. All guests 18 years and older must have valid government issued photo ID to board

Reservation Policy:
Every guest including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any tour. Child rates ae for ages 3 to 9. Children ages 3 and under are free. For question regarding your reservation, please call (844) 235-0168 and refer to the confirmation number provided on this page.

Weather Policy:
Tours will go rain or shine. We all know the weather can be unpredictable. As we strive to make sure your adventure with us is the best it can be, sometimes we do have to deal with the issue inclement weather. If we cancel your trip due to any inclement weather issues, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to work with you to either reschedule your trip or issue a full refund.

Cancellation:
Hotel Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without 24 hours notice are not elegible for a refund.
