Please be outside at the departure point at least 10 minutes prior to the pick up time listed in your reservation.
Reservation Policy:
Every guest including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any tour. Child rates ae for ages 3 to 9. Children ages 3 and under are free. For question regarding your reservation, please call (844) 235-0168 and refer to the confirmation number provided on this page.
Weather Policy:
Tours will go rain or shine. We all know the weather can be unpredictable. As we strive to make sure your adventure with us is the best it can be, sometimes we do have to deal with the issue inclement weather. If we cancel your trip due to any inclement weather issues, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to work with you to either reschedule your trip or issue a full refund.
Cancellation:
Reservations may only be cancelled 30 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations 15-30 days prior will receive 50% refund. Cancellations 8-14 days prior will receive 25% refund. Cancellations 0-7 days prior are NON-REFUNDABLE. Changing the date of your scheduled program within 8-30 days is subject to a $25.00 fee per person.
